Growing up in NZ as I did, I have too many memories associated with these tiny rainbow sugar balls. Every childhood birthday party had pieces of fairy bread (or buttered whitebread covered in hundreds and thousands), every cake, cupcake and kitchen counter liberally sprinkled.
However, this track has nothing to do with them. Released in 2010 on Montréal’s Walnut +Locust on a wee 3″ CDr, distributed via former cigarette machines turned good, Distroboto.
For those of you not living in Montréal, here is the download:

WTF! Erin you’ve ruined another of what I thought was one of the best jokes on Look Around You! The first one was them calling math “maths,” which I later discovered is just the ridiculous word UK people use. Now this! They fed medibot “hundreds of thousands” in one episode, which was like amazing nonsense and one of my favorite jokes. Now I come to discover they are a Thing??? Alas.
Also – the link is giving me an error message about it being private, don’t know if that’s just me but thought you should know.

Oh Chris, I am sorry! If only I had known…. Oh and we use the “ridiculous” word “maths” in NZ too! Best not to get into an internet fight over the variances of the English language though, could start a blog just for that alone!
